Living

Living in a place also means preserving the territory and all its expressions. Thus it can be said that Sincette lives the Valtènesi region, which represents the core for the wine production on the Brescia side of Lake Garda. The company gets the best from these morainic hills.

The mild climate, created by Lake Garda proximity, provides the region with a Mediterranean climate, feauturing mild winters and fresh summers. This microclimate makes Valtènesi a place suitable for agriculture and viticulture.

Sincette contributes to maintain this natural environment and interprets it through the biodynamic method, respecting nature and grapes varieties, both native and international.

The “Cascina”

The farmhouse extends on 35 hectares, 11 of which are vineyards, 5 olive grooves and with the rest of the land used to grow alfalfa, wheat and barley. Red varieties include Groppello Gentile, Marzemino, Barbera, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Vinyeards benefit from great aspect and constant ventilation. Work is done exclusively by hand, vines are trained with the guyot, thus resulting in low yields.

A natural hug

The largest portion of the olive grove, which surrounds and embraces the estate, symbolically protects the farmhouse. In total there are about 1300 trees, with three cultivars: Casaliva, Moraiolo and Leccino.

THE WINE HOUSE

The Cellar

Well-equipped and organised, it houses the fermentation and bottling cycles, without unnatural domestication and with the sole concern for linearity and full respect for processes.
